Currently Experiencing Phone Difficulties
We are experiencing intermittent issues with 800.800.3907. You may receive a message that says "You have dialed a number that is not available from your calling area XXX" and then get disconnected or a message that your “Call cannot get through”. We are working with the phone company to resolve the issue on a high priority basis. In the meantime, you may contact your underwriter directly or ZIS and US Assure at (904) 398 - 3907.
Zurich Small Business Has New Contact Information
Zurich Small Business is transitioning its service centers to an in-house facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. To reach the agency service center, call 1-855-325-4765. For billing inquiries, call 1-855-866-6879. For policyholder support, call 1-866-972-7378. The contact information for the Builders Risk Plan and other US Assure products remains the same - (800) 800 - 3907. Please begin to use these new phone numbers and other contact information effective March 19, 2012.
